Architect Series
Features the patented technology that re-creates the charm of true divided light, yet adds a new dimension of energy efficiency and performance. Muntin bars (grilles) are permanently bonded to the interior and exterior surfaces of insulating glass.
Architect Series® Luxury Edition (LX) double hung windows feature a historically correct appearance, including a wide bottom rail and narrow check rail, authentic spoon hardware, and a wood jambliner.
Choose from three standard muntin bar (grille) patterns - Prairie Style, 9-Lite Prairie Style and Traditional Style. Custom muntin patterns also available. In addition, windows are available with removable roomside beveled-wood grilles or no grilles at all.

- Tilt-to-Clean Sash - both sash tilt so interior and exterior glass can be easily cleaned from inside your home. LX windows are available with our Steady-TiltT wash feature - bottom sash tilts in and holds hands-free, like an oven door. No balancing needed.

- Glass - wide variety of energy-efficient double-pane glazing options provide superior performance in hot and cold climates. Options include argon and Low-E coatings. Windows with Low-E glass have been awarded the ENERGY STAR®.
- Hardware - cam-action locks are designed to increase leverage as the window is closed to assure a superior, weathertight seal. LX windows are available with beautifully detailed, authentic spoon hardware in a variety of updated finishes.

- Screens - full insect screen tilts for cleaning. Flat half insect screen or Vivid View® screen1 also available.
- Arch Double-Hung Styles-attractive arch styles available.
- Hardware finishes-Bright Brass, Satin Nickel, Oil Rubbed Bronze, Champagne or White. Historical Spoon hardware is available on Architect Series Double Hung and Precision Fit® Double Hung models in Bright Brass, Satin Nickel or Oil-Rubbed Bronze2. Rocky Mountain Hardware is also available.
- Performance - DP45-50* is available in all standard sizes for clad exterior units. Wood exterior units are DP40.
- Monumental double-hung and single-hung units are available up to 5 feet wide and 10 feet high.
